When you import sound files, you can identify the sound as either an event sound or streamed sound.
In a Macromedia® Flash file, event sounds must be completely downloaded before the Macromedia® Flash player will play it.
Once downloaded, the event sound can be played repeatedly without the need to download it again.
Event sound files are not synchronized to the video.
